Silver Strand Junior Lifeguards - Silver Strand Junior Lifeguards Session 2 (7/15/24
The Silver Strand Junior Lifeguard program provides quality water safety instruction and education.
The program offers kids safe marine recreational opportunities. Further, the program is designed to improve a child's physical conditioning, their understanding and respect for the environment, and respect for themselves and others. The program provides education on topics such as lifeguard procedures, marine life, CPR and first aid. Activities include instruction and practice in lifeguard skills, open water swimming, paddleboarding, bodyboarding, and surfing.
All new JG's are required to pass a swim test in order to participate in the program.
Restrictions
Age requirements for this activity are between Ages 9 years to 16 years 11 months
